About the Role:
We are looking for a friendly and detail-oriented Customer Service & Scheduling Coordinator to be the voice and support hub of our company. You’ll manage service calls, installation schedules, and support both customers and our technical team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and emails; address customer inquiries.
- Schedule installations, service, and maintenance appointments.
- Coordinate logistics between clients, technicians, and sales staff.
- Maintain customer records and service histories in our database.
- Assist with billing and follow-up communications.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in customer service or scheduling (service industry preferred)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent phone and written communication skills
- Computer proficiency (MS Office, scheduling software)
- Problem-solving mindset
