About the Role:
We are looking for a friendly and detail-oriented Customer Service & Scheduling Coordinator to be the voice and support hub of our company. You’ll manage service calls, installation schedules, and support both customers and our technical team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls and emails; address customer inquiries.
  • Schedule installations, service, and maintenance appointments.
  • Coordinate logistics between clients, technicians, and sales staff.
  • Maintain customer records and service histories in our database.
  • Assist with billing and follow-up communications.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in customer service or scheduling (service industry preferred)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent phone and written communication skills
  • Computer proficiency (MS Office, scheduling software)
  • Problem-solving mindset
